Open IE is an open information extractor that find relationships in sentence. Here is an example sentence and extractions:
U.S. president Barack Obama gave his inaugural address on January 20, 2013.
(Barack Obama; is president of; U.S.) (Barack Obama; gave; [his inaugural address, on January 20, 2013])
In this example, the second part of the tuple is the relationship between the first argument and the second arguments.
There have been several versions of Open IE in the past that are different combinations of subsystems.
